My Journey: From Pulpits to Personal Faith

Ever since I can remember, I've been immersed in the world of church. Not just any church, but the kind where the energy is palpable, with pew-jumping and fervent worship. I began singing on stage at the age of eight in these vibrant churches. From there, my life stayed deeply intertwined with the church community. At 17, a series of events confirmed to me that God had chosen me for what is traditionally called "the ministry."

Without any formal training, I set out to preach. What did I preach? Mostly what I had been taught. You see, much of what we convey in our lives is a reflection of our upbringing and culture.

Throughout this journey, I've experienced both successes and failures. Over the last decade, I started questioning some aspects—not the core fundamental beliefs, but the surrounding teachings. I've come to believe that many things preached as the teachings of Christ are more Cultural than Christ.

The aim of this blog is not to argue or even deb those who disagree with me or have a different view or belief. Instead, it's to offer a different perspective. I've always been a bit unconventional, and a year ago, I shifted my focus in ministry significantly to that of the pursuit of His Kingdom on earth.

I am currently on a simple journey: to live my life in such a way that Jesus, His Kingdom and His principles are evident, inspiring others to follow Him. I believe this is the essence of the Great Commission.

Feel free to disagree, but please do so respectfully. Share your insights, but avoid insulting mine and others' viewpoints. Most importantly, open your heart to consider that some teachings, though well-intentioned, may reflect church culture more than Christ Himself.

Welcome to my journey. Let's explore faith together.
